Pevensey Bay Sailing Club Complaints Procedure
PBSC has a commitment to create an environment where all members and visitors are treated with dignity, courtesy and respect, and a community which is free from
discrimination and harassment. However, on occasion, there may be times where members wish to make a complaint regarding another person/s, or the actions/activities of the club. This Policy sets out the process for making a complaint and describes how it will be dealt with.
PBSC commits to treat all complaints seriously and investigate them confidentially, impartially and in a timely manner.
